Eternal Life Is More Important Than the One You Love

♪♪   Hymn

The Girl of My Will in Jesus in the Holy Spirit: What the Lord wants to grant to us, we all have it in our hearts. The Lord loves us. He wants us to learn to love ourselves, to have confidence in what we are: we are God's children, we are the beloved of God. Let’s not fall into the traps of the one who doesn’t want us to recognize who we are. We must see ourselves as people who love themselves. We are not proud people; we are beggars of love like our Jesus.

Jesus is a beggar of love. He asks us to love who he is; and so, we must be like our Jesus. Let’s ask ourselves for love. Let’s not be afraid. Fear is something that doesn’t exist. It was evil that introduced us to fear. In God's children there is no fear; in God's children there is the presence. Within the presence there is everything we need, and only God gives us what we need, and this is for eternity.

We heard our God yesterday, last evening? No, we heard him in the morning; our soul heard from the moment we woke up. Our flesh was in a state of ignorance. This has to stop, and it’s up to us to make the necessary efforts to start living our presence. We are children wandering the earth. We need to claim our place and live it. Let’s stop being like the things happening around us and that don’t come from God. All that is dead does not come from God. We are not the walking dead; we are God's children. We have power inside us. That power, it comes to us from God and it’s only by being together that we’re going to get a taste of this power of life.

From the very beginning, Satan has caused division. By separating one spirit from another, he caused division. When he spoke to Eve, his aim was to cause division: “You will have your spirit and, before the Spirit of God, you will converse with God.” Division came about because she believed in what he was saying. And Adam, Adam was no better: he made a choice, he made a choice! He, who wasn’t supposed to choose, made a choice; he, who knew all things by God, he, the fulfilled one, chose. He was meant to give to God whatever did not belong to him, but he took something that was external and he allowed it to enter him. And what have we been doing ever since that moment? Do we give to God what is external to life? We have kept what did not belong to us.

Is God the master of all things? God holds all power and he can take what is external to us, what does not have life, and send it where there is no life. Our Jesus of Love took everything that held no life and sent it to a place where life does not exist. He sent everything that came from death unto death. Do we have things that do not have life inside us? Can you answer? Do you have things that do not have life inside you? (A: …) Okay, so I’ll ask you more questions. Are there things inside you that make you cry? (A: Yes.) Are there things that worry you, that make you anxious, that make you feel afraid? (A: Yes.) Have you ever judged your ego, your little ego, the tiny, tiny one? (A: Yes.) Have you ever judged your big ego? (A: Yes.) Have you ever contradicted God's words, asking yourself if they truly came from God? (A: Yes.) Are you afraid of not going to Heaven? (A: …) Are you afraid of suffering, a suffering that makes you forget who you are? (A: …) Are you afraid of falling into Satan's traps? (A: Yes.) Are you unaware of Satan's power? (A: No.) We must not be unaware of this.

Yes, we know that we have things inside ourselves that are foreign to us. Yes, we have death inside us, that source that makes itself known to us. Yes, we have foreign bodies inside us, but we know that Satan has no power over us if we don’t give him our soul. We know this, for a child who gives his soul to Satan knows that Satan wants his soul. But if we don’t give our soul to Satan, that’s because there’s something powerful inside us. Life belongs to me; I won’t give it up to something that will harm me. Given that we don’t want to cry, that we don’t want to be anxious, that we don’t want to judge our little ego nor our big ego, that we seek happiness, that we try to love and to be loved – this means that we are aware: we want to know what belongs to us. Therefore, we are refusing to give to death what belongs to us.

To whom do judgements belong? Who judged? My neighbour or me? With what did I judge? With my acts of life. When I think ill of my neighbour, my ears are aware of this, my eyes are aware of this, my words are aware of this, my actions are aware of this and so are my feelings: I am therefore in a state of awareness. My acts of life belong to me because God loves me and he gave me love. That love, I must use it to love myself. I must love my acts of life. Therefore, I must use them for love, not to judge myself, not to judge my neighbour; for when I judge my neighbour, I'm judging myself. I cannot judge my neighbour without judging myself beforehand. I'm the one I’m looking at, I'm the one I’m hearing, I'm the one who’s talking, I'm the one who’s acting, I'm the one who’s feeling. What emerges is emerging from me; therefore, I attacked myself before I attacked my neighbour. I'm judging myself first, and this is true for every act of life.

When I believe that there’s no Heaven… “Is there really a Heaven?” When I ask myself this question, with what am I asking it? My acts of life. So, my whole flesh is in a state of doubt because I am the one who’s placing it in a state of doubt. Where was this doubt? In the very beginning, doubt was on the outside – it wasn’t inside me. It had to be on the outside before being inside me. At a certain point in my life, there was a moment when I was tempted (you and you, children of God) by a spirit of doubt. A spirit of doubt showed up, and it used my neighbour’s doubt. It used whatever it had succeeded in putting inside my neighbour. It wouldn’t have been able to use it if that doubt hadn’t been inside my neighbour. Do you know why that spirit of doubt wouldn’t have been able to use doubt? Because Jesus, Eternal Life, sent doubt where? Unto death. That which had no life returned to where there was no life. And so, in my life, a spirit of doubt came along and used what was inside my neighbour to tempt me; therefore, when it presented itself, my life presented itself.

I have love in my life; and so, life, full of love for me, made its presence felt. This means that when a spirit of doubt showed up by my side, the love in my life presented that temptation to me, and, in and through my freedom, I was faced with that temptation. That temptation to doubt had not yet entered me, but there was a moment when I had to make a decision: love presented that doubt, that temptation, to my life. And I, with my whole being, within my spirit, within my soul, within my flesh, had to make a decision. It was up to me to say no to doubt, it was up to me to give God what he had brought unto death. What he had brought unto death wasn’t supposed to enter my life. I deliberately chose to listen, because I am familiar with doubt. Therefore, my life chose doubt.

Then, if death was sent to death – because our God, our Saviour, at the moment of his death sent all things that were dead unto death – what entered me? The shadow, the shadow of sin. This entered me and that’s what I live with now. So, this is why in difficult moments I wonder, “Does Heaven really exist?” I say it very innocently, but this is against my life. This enters into the deepest part of me and wreaks havoc because this doubt leads to other doubts. Doubt is nourished by doubt. It’s like a cell. A cell that has had a taste of something foreign is a cell that is attacked. And since my cell has a weakness, it allows itself to be nourished by things that are external, and the more these external things grow, the more the cell becomes sick; and since the cell becomes sick, it multiplies. Why does it multiply? Because the cell was created to be with all other cells.

In the flesh there are cells – billions of cells, millions of cells; they form our matter. But when a cell is affected by the exterior, that bad nourishment takes up room: it makes our cell sick, and the cells beside it become sick. The sicker these cells become, the more other cells become sick. This turns into a power, a power of evil inside us, and they stick together. This power becomes so strong that the body, which has the power of love, would like to break through this but it cannot. Do you know why? Because other cells have known evil. There’s lying, there’s greed, there’s jealousy, there’s envy, there’s spiritual laziness and the seven capital sins that are nourishing the cells. Because our love is conditional, our cells are weakened; the weaker they become, the less strength they have. Where is that love that our cells need so much? It’s forgotten or altered by the big ego. It has now become personal love and our true love is cast aside. We were made for true love, not for personal love.

We must give God what has entered us. All things that are dead have no place inside us. The shadow of sin does not come from Heaven, the shadow of sin comes from death. Do we believe that our God died on the Cross to save us? (A: Yes.) Do we believe that we are saved? (A: Yes.) Well then, let’s live our purification. Let’s stop saying, “Lord, save me!” The Lord says, “I have saved you. Recognize what I have done for you. Live, live your purification. Learn to love who you are; learn to see the treasure of the life inside you. You are made of love, you are made of the power of God; everything inside you is perfect. Don’t let your life get the better of you any longer, for your life is misleading you. The one that is presented to you every day and is nourished by the spirit of this world is not the one I gave you.

“You have eternal life inside you. Live your eternity. Do not live a temporal life; that temporal life will remain on earth. You are eternal life and your eternal life is yours for eternity in my Father's Kingdom. Believe in this. If you go on living the life which is familiar to you and which you were taught to love through things that are dead, what will you do on the day when you will see your eternal life? You will not recognize it. You will seek your pleasure through the things you have known; you will continue trying to satisfy yourself with what was shown to you; you will feel alone, for earthly life will no longer be with you. It is eternal life that will be with you, the one you did not nourish, the one you were made to forget. Look at yourself – you do not want to leave the earth. Yes, I wanted you to be on earth so that you could live my Father's love, and not for you to distance yourself from eternal life. You have replaced it because there is death inside you, that shadow which the spirit of this world has shown you.

“My Father's Spirit is love, my Father's Spirit is perfect, my Father's Spirit is unconditional love, my Father's Spirit loves you just as you are, for you were created in my Father's image. Look at your flesh: that flesh, you can see it aging. You emerge from your earthly mother’s womb and your flesh learns to age immediately because your choice has ensured that you now come to know death on earth. I created you with my eternal Flesh. I am the Eternal Flesh. Everything in me is perfect. This is what I have given you, this is what I wanted you to have inside you, so that you could use this externally to carry out your acts of life: to love, love my Father, to love who I am, to love the Holy Spirit, to love God. You were created for God, your soul was created for God, your flesh was created for God; you have the Spirit of God, for God has desired everything about you. But today you are aging; at every moment, your flesh is learning, learning to live with things that are foreign to it.

“Ever since your first parents, you have been learning, for there is but one single created flesh: it is the one I desired for you. Adam was chosen to be the first, but not because I preferred him over you. There is an order of love, and within the order of love Adam was the first. And you, and you who came after Adam, he gave you what he had within himself and you nourished him with your love. Where were you before Adam came to be on earth? In God. You were alive, created perfect. When Adam and Eve made a choice, choosing conditional love, that love that would bring them death on earth, you loved them. All of you, you were in me. You were not alone and you loved, you loved all of God's children. You therefore nourished, you nourished the flesh of your parents. The flesh does not separate itself from its flesh. And so, where you were – in me, in your God – you were nourishing the flesh that was being born on earth, for you were entirely love; you had not yet come to know what was foreign.

“Remember that in the depths of your soul, in eternal life, you saw your parents on earth. Those two created children met, loved each other, joined together so there could be more lives on earth, others who came before you all the way to you, from wherever you were, from wherever they were before coming to earth. Through Adam and Eve, you had chosen conditional love, but you had not come to know what came from death; this had not yet entered you. It was only when you came to earth that this began to make itself known to your flesh. Those who were in God nourished you with love. You are not alone, you are with all God's children. From the first created one up to the last created one, you form but one because God is one.

“You are my Father's perfection. I will teach you to rid yourselves of what does not belong to you: the shadows, the ghosts, all the things that belong to me, for it was I who died on the Cross for the sake of love. You could not have died on the cross by taking upon yourselves all your brothers and sisters; you did not possess this strength; your entire flesh was weak, your soul was in agony; it knew that eternal death wanted it for itself. I have loved you, I love you and I will always love you. Learn to love yourselves, to love who you were, who you are and who you will become. You were, you are and you shall be. God has rendered you perfect.” Thank you, Lord.

There is faith within us, there is hope within us, there is love within us, and it is this love that keeps us alive; and our life is eternal, it is not a temporal life. How come we have this temporal life on earth and we are so attached to it? It was revealed to us through all the things that do not belong to us. Let’s wake up our cells of love, let’s love them, let’s no longer accept what is external and wants to nourish them. This is our choice, which God presents to us at every moment. Everything is written in the Bible, everything. From the Old Testament to the New Testament, everything is in there: it’s our life. Our life is eternal.

From the beginning, from creation, we were present. Even before the universe came to be, we were present. For the universe to come into being, there had to be life. The Eternal Life created eternal life, for we are life within the Life. The life within us made itself known at the moment of our creation. This is why it’s called “created eternal life,” but it was there before this. When our God of love created who we are, eternal life made itself known to the created flesh: it made its presence felt. Our Eternal God wanted us before he created the universe. He loved us so much that he gave us what he created. Did he give us this after our creation or before our creation? Before. Because he loves us, because he's eternal, he wanted us to be eternal. And so, he knew that we wouldn’t be jealous. We’re not jealous of one another. Jealousy doesn’t exist. This comes from the spirit that refused to adore Jesus: he was jealous of what he saw.

Satan did not possess matter; he was Lucibel, an angel of beauty. He had God's intelligence, he had God's power. Everything that belonged to God was given to him by God. He received everything from God and he gave everything to God. When he saw the Matter, as he did not have matter, he therefore could not give God the matter he did not possess; and so, he asked himself a question: “Why do I not have what I am seeing?” Jealousy. In that very moment, he had just refused what God wanted to give to him. God wanted to give him his created creation so that he could love his God, so that he as well could taste his Glory, for spirits are created to taste the things God loves. God desired that test out of love for them. He wanted to give them more and more. God does not stop his love.

But Lucibel did not pass that test of love: acknowledging that he was created. He was not God, he is not God and he never will be. He had to live this, and not only know it: he had to live it. And the same is true for us: we have to live this. We were created, we have eternal life on earth in order to live, to live the love we must have for God: to love him, love him and love him, and to use what God gave us in order to give it to him. We were created to love and God wants us to love ourselves just as he wanted Lucibel to love who he was. We must take a look at ourselves and love ourselves. Let’s learn to love ourselves as we are with our weaknesses, our weaknesses that, in the Divine Will, have been healed.

Everything within us is perfect because our Jesus has rendered us perfect. We must live this, we must make an effort to do as we are called to do. It is our duty to use our rights as God's children. Our rights as God's children were given to us by eternal life, and not by life on earth; therefore, we will bring with us whatever we accomplish in and through eternal life.

When we use our rights as God's children, well, this is for eternity. Some people get tired of constantly repeating: “Lord, for the thousandth time today, I give you cause, choices and consequences. Thank you, Jesus, for sending unto death that which belongs to death.” “When will this end, Jesus? Are there still a lot of them? You yourself said that there were a lot at the foot of the cross. Which ones should I count? The ones at the foot of the cross or the ones that are left?” You see? Well, now let’s tell ourselves that every time we say, “Lord, I give you…,” throughout eternity we will experience the joy of our eternal life in our soul, throughout eternity! This will be a joy. There will be so much love inside us that this will change the state of our love. Every time we say, and will say, and have said, “I love you,” it’s eternal.

And so, there will be many transformations, sparkles of love and light that will make themselves known to us! We will enter God's light. When we stand before God, are we going to see God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit? (A: Yes.) For whatever we have given, for whatever we give and for whatever we will give in this very moment, are we able to see what’s happening because of this in our life, our eternal life? No, isn’t that right? Now, in Heaven, will we be able to see this? (A: Yes.) We’ll be able to see whatever is in our life.

To give is so important! Did you know that if Eve had given what she had heard, she would not have given in to temptation? If Adam had given, he would not have given in to temptation. When we are created, we are love, we are created perfect. Whatever is external to us shouldn’t enter us. If God permitted Satan to tempt Eve, it was so that Eve could give to God, so that she could show God her love, her faith, her loyalty: “I am your child, Father. I love you, Father. I know you are looking after me. I fear no one. I do not want to hurt you, I want to please you, I do not want to displease you.” Eve had been created for this; Adam had been created for this, and ever since we made our choice, we were created to give. We must give whatever doesn’t come from God because God loves us. Let’s do as he asks and we will be rewarded. This is well worth it, isn’t it? (A: Yes.) Yes, give, give until you run out of breath. Yes, Lord, because on the other side, my breath will be your breath, as it doesn’t come from me, it comes from you.

This is what we must live. We must do what we need to do: cause, choices and consequences. Why has God taught us? To help our neighbour, so that our neighbour can help us. We must be a source of nourishment, and they have to be a source of nourishment. Cause: everything that is external to us and that doesn’t belong to us is the cause of our suffering, is the cause of our eternal death, which was conquered by God. Choices: we alone make choices when faced with temptation. My life chooses what love presents to me and this enters me. When this enters me, it brings me much suffering: I am living my consequences. I'm not living the consequences of others, but Lord, because I am with others, the consequences of others influence my consequences. My consequences have entered me, have formed the being that I am, they have nourished my life, and my life experiences suffering. When I look at my neighbour, who is living his consequences, his consequences influence my consequences.

I thank you, God, for having taught me to give this to you: cause, choices and consequences. What a deliverance, Lord! Am I going to remain in this peace for eternity? Yes, I will live in this loving peace for eternity. I will always be in this deliverance that my soul is experiencing, that my flesh is experiencing, for the moment when Jesus died on the Cross, my flesh came to know the grace of purification, which my soul began to experience from that very instant! And this, I will live this for eternity. To worship you, to give you thanks, sing, dance for you, Lord… I will dance like David danced, for his soul was in God, his spirit was in God. I will therefore be joyful, filled with a joy that will give me beauty ceaselessly, ceaselessly. I will be your beauty, Lord, for your beauty, Lord, is incomparable. And so, I will follow you, Lord, wherever you want me to be, close to you.

♪♪     Hymn

Let’s think for a moment about what our flesh and our soul will feel when they will be singing “very close to you, my God”: they will see their God. There will be no more suffering, there will be no more anomalies. We will all be together, for we will know that we form but one for God.

Do you see? That’s when we will become aware of our purified acts of life. When we give – “Lord, I give this to you,” when we say – “Cause, choices and consequences, Lord, thank you for sending everything to the foot of the Cross,” what happens to our act of life? It reclaims its place, it recovers its strength, it is with all the other acts of life of our brothers and sisters of the whole world. And then, it tastes, it tastes the power, that power of life: our act of life tastes eternal life. Our act of life is united to all other acts of life by love, by the unconditional love that consented to saying yes to God, and that’s Mother Mary.

The Virgin Mary is the yes, is the perfect created yes, and our acts of life come from us, from our yes. In this moment, we are consenting to saying yes to God. Even if we have conditional love, Mother Mary, she who is love, who has unconditional love, links all our acts of life together. It is in that instant that our act of life tastes what God has done for us. And what has our God done for us? He purified, he purified our acts of life. And then, Mother Mary, she takes the purified acts of life that consent to living in the yes to The Love, and then, the Uncreated Yes, the perfect Yes of the Son of God envelops all our acts of life. And then, he presents who we are to his Father: “Look, Father, at the beauty of their acts – they possess my beauty. What I have done for you, today they are doing the same for you; this is part of their mission. They were created out of love and you wanted them to go to earth to show you how much they love you. Here are acts of life for you, Father.” This is what happens. There is healing, for God the Father wants all his children.

On earth, there is strength around God's children and in God's children, for there is love, the love that gathers its strength. Do you understand our rights as God's children? We are purified. We must do as we are called to do. We’ll be making lots of efforts, won’t we? (A: Yes.) Beautiful rewards await us. Do those who came before us and who are in purgatory, in Heaven, benefit from these moments? (A: Yes.) Yes, you’re right, they benefit from these moments. We were made for love, isn’t that right? So, they give us love and we give them love. Our acts of life unite with their acts of life, because good acts of life that have been purified are eternal, for their consequences have remained on earth, and we benefit from them. We benefit from everything they have done and that was purified by our God of love.

So now we’ll welcome these moments of love and we’ll let our souls sing. Thank you, Lord.

The Girl of My Will in Jesus in the Holy Spirit: And now let’s use the last few moments that are left. It’s 11:25 and we’re having lunch at noon, right?

So, the Lord has written; he had his instrument write. It’s still the same volume, the same book – “Love for All My Children, Jesus,” – the fifth volume. Why didn’t he do this before, after the fourth book? Because he wanted to fulfil us with what we are.

For several years we’ve been learning how to love, how to love the yes to The Love. In the very beginning, we didn’t understand the yes to The Love. When the Lord spoke about love in volume 1, this irritated the people who were reading: love is in the present and it gives itself out of love, and all those who know love enter into what they are – an unknown love. And because of this unknown love, The Love came to talk to them in their hearts so they could see themselves as they are: love.

So, the Lord knew that we needed to understand that we weren’t worthy of love, but that we loved ourselves. Through me, he spoke of the purification of the flesh. Through the instrument that I am, he used each one of you. Just as he used you, he used me to come and speak to us about love. We had not understood that the purification of the flesh was within us, that it was being accomplished through our sufferings, through all the things that turned us into children far from God, unaware of the power of the Bible. The Bible is so powerful! We didn’t understand all those words that were written by the power of the Holy Spirit. Today we’re beginning to understand them.

The priests are in God. They have that power to explain to us; therefore, God used them to explain those words to us. They told us what we needed to understand. And what did we understand? Not much at that time. Why? Because we listened with a flesh that was living amongst its shadows. When we would hear the priest’s words during the homily, those who abandoned themselves, those who were thirsty for Jesus, those who wanted to love, love and love, slowly began to let the Mother of God bring forth, from within themselves, their yes to The Love.

Priests are enveloped in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is by the anointing of the Holy Spirit that they are priests, in the Priest, in Christ. They nourish us, they give us what our soul desires; this goes through our flesh in order to reach the soul. But once it reaches our soul, does it arrive the same as it was on the outside? No, because it has to go through all our anomalies. Is this also true for the man within the priest? Of course, he has a flesh just like us. He was once a baby, a little boy, a teenager, oh, 100% a teenager! He became a man. But when he becomes a priest, what flavour he receives! He enables us to enter into his Priesthood. This is the power of the Holy Spirit. This is so powerful!

This leads us to living the purification. But our flesh has trouble following along, and this is why God was waiting for us to be ready. God has his plan of love for us. There are no coincidences with God. Everything has been accomplished. And so, we possess that strength during the mass. Mass is so important: it’s the union of all flesh. When there’s a mass, all created flesh form but one flesh. It’s Jesus who carries all created flesh in his flesh, and through the priest, we enter into ourselves. We need the power of the Priesthood, of its ministry, to enter into ourselves. When we enter into ourselves, it’s as though, during the mass, we were leaving behind individualism to enter into a union, a unity: forming but one in God.

That’s why the Lord has brought together many people in order to speak in their hearts. We’re not at mass at this moment, but the mass draws us to itself. Wherever there’s a mass on earth, we are present and we receive graces: graces of surrender.

Do you remember what he has been telling us from the beginning? “Surrender. I am speaking for all my children.” So, that sacrament of the Eucharist, which is celebrated during mass, provides us with the nourishment we require: surrender. Created flesh needs created flesh in order to do as it is called to do. Therefore, if we surrender, that’s because there are also others who surrender during mass. When they surrender during mass, it isn’t only those who are present – it’s all God's children: homeless children, the detained, children thrown out of their countries, tortured children, children in prison, children who were raped, children who don’t love their neighbour. God forgets no one. He has purified everything. He has purified all their acts of life, and so they are all present. So, he gives us love and we give them love, and this is surrender to God. We form one single family on earth.

When we go to mass, it’s the Spirit of God that draws us: we leave the spirit of this world behind in order to enter into the Spirit of God. That’s why we are able to surrender, to give ourselves on behalf of those we love. That’s why we have all surrendered, and God enabled what we are to be written down. Yes, the instrument wrote, but this is so little – it isn’t even the shadow of a grain of sand within the universe. In order for this volume in two parts to exist, it was necessary that all of God's children be instruments. These are the words of our God. The Girl of My Will in Jesus isn’t in this volume; therefore, we aren’t there either – well, not there to write it, I mean. It wasn’t we who acted as the editor, as the author of this book; that was God.

But God wrote for us. He knows us, and so he describes us. He talks to us about our strengths, he talks to us about our weaknesses, he talks about our past, our present and our future. Yes, he talks about the three days, but this is a day of triple cadence. What does “a day of triple cadence” mean? What have we been doing for the past few years? Our hearts have been beating with love for our God. Our hearts beat to the rhythm of love in order to prepare us for what is to come.

He said, “You have nearly completed your purification.” Nearly completed our purification! Wow! We were pretty proud of ourselves, weren’t we? Wow! This is easy: we just have to come here and sit down and listen. There were even some who rested in the Spirit. After an hour, they would wake up: “Hey, is that what the purification is all about? We can’t wait! When is it going to start?” We follow one messenger, we follow another messenger, and then a new one that comes along. Oh, this one is new too, let’s go see him! We scan the messages very, very, very quickly: “I love you, I love you… yes, yes, I know! Where’s that date? When is the chip getting here? When do we move into our refuge? When do we leave everything behind? We’re afraid, but God is there; he’ll build everything. He’ll build more and more refuges; he will multiply the food, he will multiply the wood…” He was talking about us. Yes, there is a date and that date is inside us. He put a lock on it and the key is deep down inside us. We need to go retrieve it in order to open up our life. The date has been determined; that’s when it’s going to happen and not before. Yes, the chip is here, the mark.

Who consumes beyond his or her needs? Can you raise your hand, please? Who has two pairs of winter boots? Who has a coat to wear on Sundays and a coat for weekdays, a coat for skidooing, a coat for taking walks, a coat for the car? And now, who has a wireless phone, a wall phone, a cell phone, an iPod… who has these things? Who has butter, who has margarine? So, do you see? The spirit of this world has turned us into consumers. And so, what did we use to pay for all this? What did we use to pay for all this? What? Money? Your life, our life, it’s our life that is money. Do you know why our life is money? Because we follow the spirit of this world that has left its mark on us. We’re afraid of the chip? It has entered us. Oh, yes, the chip… on our arm, our forehead.

Now, let’s try to imagine what I'm going to do. I'm in the desert: I'm walking, I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, I'm starting to get cold at night, and what do I think about? A good steak. I think of a nice glass of water into which I will put a little orange or lemon juice. Mmm… I think of my thick blankets and of my sunscreen for the daytime. Now, can we say that we don’t have the spirit of this world? Satan has managed to use our lives, hasn’t he? And with what did he mark our flesh? What has marked us? Everything that is inside us. Yes, our marks are inside us.

Now, God isn’t telling us this to frighten us – oh, no! He wants us to take a look at ourselves and to realize what we’ve left between Satan's claws. Our life, it belongs to us; therefore, let’s reclaim it, and this book enables us to do so – and it’s free. He gave it to us freely: he took hours and hours, years. Ah! Our Lord isn't stingy with his time! He's patient, he gives us his love. And so, let’s give to God what belongs to God – his love, and let’s trust in him.

Oh, you may very well say, “Yes, but we have to pay $10 for the book – that’s not free!” Well, we’re paying for this with our life. Who nourished the people working at the printing shop? Who nourished the people who own the printing shop? Us. With what? With what we have left in Satan's hands. This is what we have done. And so, let’s be loving towards all of God's children. Thank you, Lord, for what you give us. Amen.

Oh! We have time for a blessing for us and for our meal!
